I can not reach you through my number

My Verizon line is not letting me calling international calls. IfI use an app to call international calls, it wont let me choose the numbers to talk to customer service. I need a straight number that lets me talk to customer service with out extension numbers.

Refund

I have booked a flight for my bro from Hyd to Dubai. But the flight was cancelled due to less staff. My brother asked for vocher without my consent. And now my bro went to Dubai. I need my money refund to me. I have send a lot of mails and I have requested a lot many times to refund my own funds back to me. I am not asking Flydubai profit funds. I am just asking the funds which I have paid to book a flight. Hope every one has understood my concern. Refund my amount back to me. Thank you

dear fly Dubai, i would like to inform you that, i have purchased flight ticket from fly Dubai .com . my travel date is 28 august from Chennai to Dubai and Dubai to Kuwait. Hence i was depressed due to this pandemic situation i was desperately waiting Kuwait to open . when i got the news that Kuwait is allowing people to enter so i purchased a ticket from fly Dubai very quickly by paying 72, 807.61 flight FZ 448/FZ 059 with the passenger name Abdul Sattar Abdul Majeed. later i came to know that the fly Dubai is not allowing the passenger who is working in Kuwait with valid visa in private company . so with no choice i had to go for cancellation of my ticket but when i came to know that there is a penalty and also fly Dubai is not refunding the money but giving a voucher that can be used within six months by the same person who purchased the ticket. in my opinion its not appropriate to give voucher because anyway iam not going to use it because due to financial issues i cant travel back again from Kuwait so its useless for me. i humbly request fly Dubai to refund my money back without penalty so that i can travel back to Kuwait with the money you refund because i have no other money &;;;;;;;; means to travel back. i am a poor straightforward person please take it as an appeal if not done i am totally lost. this is business for you people but for me its life. if something happens to me due to this i will blame fly Dubai. please consider my request and do the needful needful needfu

These horrible airlines ruined my vacation! I was travelling from Kyiv, Ukraine to Sri Lanka with my family: my husband and 8 years old daughter. We booked the trip including airline tickets beforehand and were looking forward to this exciting vacation...But who could predict that the whole trip would turn into ***! Thanks to Flydubai. The first flight from Kyiv to Dubai was delayed (7 hours). Before landing in Dubai we had to be flying around about 1.30 min just in the air due to multiple flights' mess in Dubai airport: they simply had no place to land our aircraft. But then, when we finally arrived to Dubai airport, noone from Fludubai personnel informed us about the status of our transfer to Sri Lanka, or gave us further guidelines on what to do, where to go, how to handle this situation etc. We were tired, my daughter wanted to sleep and have some meal at least (as you might know Flydubai doesn't serve meal during the flights). There was no even place to have a seat as it was overcrowded. There were about 350 angry customers who were also having issues with their flights because of Flydubai negligence. I started to shout out loud to attract Flydubai staff as really nobody was even tried to help us. They had only one CS person who was typing something and didn't hurry up to change our tickets. Just imagine, we started our trip at 6 am in the morning March 25th, and arrived to Dubai at midnight between 25th and 26th of March. However, what a surprise was to find out that the next flight to Colombo airport (Sri Lanka) was scheduled to 2 pm next day!!!! We spent more than 12 hours in the airport!!!! But, when we finally got the tickets to Sri Lanka (thanks God they arranged our transit flight by Emirates) we weren't allowed to enter the aircraft as Flydubai didn't provide Emirates with some additional documentation. FINALLY, all was settled down, we came to Colombo airport. BUT, another surprise: our baggage is lost! GREAT NEWS! We received our baggage back only on the 3rd day of our stay in Sri Lanka. And of course we have got no compensation either from our travel agency, or Flydubai... Thank you, Flydubai for your "excellent" service! I realize you are a low-cost company, but please be humans and simply provide normal customer service to your clients.
